By <\/span><b>free beaches<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Salento we mean most of the sandy shores, but there is no shortage of beach resorts for those who want a more comfortable holiday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be fair, the others have nothing to envy either, since they are all beautiful beaches in Salento anyway, but you have to start somewhere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The beaches on the Ionian side of Salento are the best known, but to do no one any harm, we only highlight five on the Ionian side and five on the Adriatic side, considered the <\/span><b>most beautiful beaches in Salento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>The Most Beautiful Beaches on the Ionian coast of Salento: Top 5<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><b> Maldives of Salento<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maldives of Salento <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">belong to the municipality of Salve in the marina of <\/span><b>Pescoluse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and they are the southernmost ones we are looking at, just eight kilometres from <\/span><b>Santa Maria di Leuca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the Ionic Salento side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The water is transparent and the <\/span><b>shallow seabed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> makes it safe for <\/span><b>children <\/b><b>to swim<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The sand seems to have been sifted by the gods for how fine it is.
