Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento Bellami 1, davvero bello e confortevole..dista a 50 metri dal lungomare di Torre san Giovanni. L’appartamento è dotato di cucina attrezzata con utensili, stoviglie e pentole, il bagno è dotato di lavatrice..in casa è presente anche asse e ferro da stiro. L’ambiente esterno anche se piccolo è dotato di doccia, lavandino e stendino. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!! La posizione è davvero centrale e permette di muoversi anche senza utilizzare la macchina! Consigliatissimo!!
Abitazione in posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza delle spiagge più belle sia perché al centro del paese- spazioso e funzionale.
Unico neo: mancanza del telecomando per aria condizionata.
Il proprietario- Vito- molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità.
Purtroppo ci sono state alcune problematiche relativamente all’appartamento quali condizionatore (nonostante Vito sia intervenuto tempestivamente con un tecnico che però non ha risolto del tutto il problema)- la mancanza della macchinetta del caffè- il letto matrimoniale veramente scomodo con soli 2 cuscini e l’acqua che scorreva con pochissima pressione sia in doccia che in cucina.
