The history of our company

HDSalento.com is an innovative company that gives holiday homes and villas with swimming pool owners advanced tools for property management and intervenes with different strategies for disintermediation from OTAs (Booking – Airbnb etc.), using their positioning to our ADVANTAGE with only one goal: SEASONAL ADJUSTEMENT.

Our team is made up of young people experts in all fields of tourism: experts in Tourism Marketing and Revenue Management, experts in Digital & Social Media Marketing and experts in software and IT tools for Tourism. We are always up to date on the new trends of a constantly evolving industry! We rent holiday homes, villas with swimming pool in all the Apulian territory. We provide consultation for those who have decided to start a Hotel or Tourist Resort with the maximum performance and with the best organization.

The legal head office of the company is in Alessano (LE) but the presence on the territory is widespread thanks to a network of coworkers in every major tourist destination. Everything started 10 years ago thanks to the support of my father, owner of Agenzia Immobiliare Bello for 30 years now, who made me passionate about this wonderful job, teaching me that you never stop learning!
