The house is spread over a single floor slightly below ground, with an area of 60 square meters, including a living room with a finely equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with double bed, and two bathrooms. The interior furnishings have a predominantly modern style enlivened by classic inserts, which makes the house warm and welcoming.
The owner lives in the same courtyard on the first floor and does not use the swimming pool to leave maximum privacy to the guests.
The 500 square meter outdoor area is a daydream: an elegant 10×5 m swimming pool, located right in front of the apartment entrance; two relaxation areas with armchairs, sofas and chaise longues, ideal for sunbathing after a dip in the pool or enjoying an aperitif with friends.
The entire outdoor area is dominated by stone: the refined flooring around the pool, the characteristic well, the barbecue and the walls in traditional Lecce stone that guarantee an immersion in Salento history.
All the accessories are present: stone barbecue, hairdryer, TV, electric oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, washing machine, outdoor shower, air conditioning in all rooms.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung exakt wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Alles war sauber und die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Außenanlage und der schöne Pool, den wir für uns alleine hatten, wurden täglich gereinigt. Für das Auto gab es einen abgeschlossenen Stellplatz im Schatten. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf konnten fußläufig erreicht werden.
Alessano ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen.
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questa casa vacanze, e non possiamo che consigliarla vivamente a chi cerca relax, comfort e privacy!
La casa è esattamente come descritta (anzi, ancora meglio!): spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Le camere sono luminose e accoglienti, i letti comodi, e la cucina è attrezzatissima, perfetta per cucinare anche in autonomia.
Il vero punto forte è senza dubbio la piscina privata: grande, ben tenuta e circondata da un bel giardino curato. Abbiamo passato ore a rilassarci sotto il sole, nuotare e goderci l’area esterna, dotata anche di lettini, zona pranzo all’aperto e barbecue. proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili: ci hanno accolto calorosamente. In sintesi, è stata una vacanza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista.
