Villa Malea Luxury is set on a plot of approximately 1000 square meters in the charming town of Giuggianello.
It consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms divided between the main house and a lovely semi-basement dependance located just 50 m from the villa. The 6 bedrooms are divided into 4 triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and 1 single room (room arrangements can be customized according to guests’ needs)
The interior style is rustic and traditional, but perfectly contrasted by the modernity of some furnishing elements. The numerous stone details stand out, especially in the bathrooms and in the vaulted masonry of the bedrooms, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in Salento culture and architecture. All rooms are very spacious and bright, combining soft wall colors with more vibrant tones in the furnishings, characterized by colors typical of the seaside environment.
Particularly noteworthy is the shower area in one of the bathrooms, featuring tiles decorated with unique patterns and colors reminiscent of traditional Salento ceramics.
The living/dining room also deserves mention, very spacious and featuring a long and comfortable L-shaped rattan sofa facing a 60-inch wall-mounted TV; it does not have glass windows but is equipped with retractable curtains.
In the dependance, there is a very spacious kitchen/living area with a dining table, sofa bed, and 50-inch TV. There are also three bedrooms — a large double bedroom and two single rooms — and a large bathroom complete with shower and washing machine.
The outdoor area offers a spectacular view: an infinity pool of over 70 sqm equipped with a hydromassage area, surrounded by numerous chaise longues and umbrellas, all framed by a beautiful green lawn with a children’s outdoor play area including a slide and swings for both adults and children. Everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is completed by a gazebo with a stone bar counter equipped with a column refrigerator, ideal for preparing cocktails to enjoy poolside, as well as an external bathroom.

Great villa, we loved the outdoor space, garden, pool, bar area and all the games. The en-suite bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable.
Only thing to be aware of is there is a door connecting each room and you can hear some sound through the doors. Also one of the bedrooms faces on to the road that comes into the village and you can hear the passing traffic.
Leandro was a great host and very responsive and quick to sort out any queries/issues. He also helped with great restaurant recommendations.
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza eccezionale presso la villa Malea. La villa è magnifica e molto ben attrezzata. Non manca nulla. Tutto è pensato e previsto affinché la vostra vacanza sia perfetta. Eravamo un gruppo molto numeroso, eppure ognuno di noi aveva il proprio spazio e la propria intimità.
Leandro è estremamente premuroso. Sempre disponibile, si assicura di guidarvi in ogni richiesta. La villa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto e negli annunci, se non meglio!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e nuovissima villa -piena di comfort e vicinissima al centro del paese…..consigliatissima per famiglie-coppie-comitive di giovani e anche con disabili ci si adatta tranquillamente….
