It is a brand new structure, built almost entirely in the typical Lecce stone. The villa is spread over 150 square meters and has three bedrooms – two of which are triples and one double – three bathrooms and a living room with a splendid kitchenette. The interior furnishings respect the canons of the Salento home automation tradition, while winking at modernity, as can be seen in some fine components of the furniture and especially in the composition of the bathrooms, with sinks and large shower compartments in a contemporary style. Modernity is also given by the accessories available to guests, of excellent workmanship and in line with current technological standards. This mix of tradition and modernity succeeds in the attempt to guarantee maximum comfort. The prevailing color in the interiors is white, not only of the walls but also of most of the furniture; this contributes to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment, which immediately gives a feeling of serenity.

To conclude the pool area we find on one side chairs and chaise longues and on the other comfortable deckchairs in the shade of large free-standing umbrellas, to have the possibility of choosing whether to build an enviable tan courtesy of the proverbial Salento sun, or sip a drink blissfully lying in the cool.
