The surrounding area is designed to offer a relaxing holiday: sun loungers and chaise longues to enjoy the sun in total peace, or a table in the shade of a lovely gazebo to share wonderful convivial moments.
Additionally, there is another dining area covered by a wooden gazebo supported by columns made using the traditional dry-stone wall technique. For barbecues under the stars, there is also a stone barbecue!
All amenities are provided: stone barbecue, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, 50-inch TV, free private parking.

Villa Giulia si trova in una posizione centrale del basso Salento, in 30 minuti di auto si arriva alle varie località/spiagge turistiche più frequentate e gettonate. La casa ha tutti i comfort necessari e la piscina esterna è fantastica (compreso il giardino). Amedeo l’host della villa persona molto disponibile e simpatica.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Villa Giulia, a pochi minuti dal meraviglioso borgo di Specchia, ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è davvero stupenda: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima, dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza confortevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Amedeo e Lidia, i proprietari, che ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza infinita e una disponibilità rara da trovare. All’arrivo, la signora Lidia ci ha fatto trovare un delizioso benvenuto locale con friselle e prodotti tipici, un gesto che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa.
Consigliamo Villa Giulia a chiunque desideri vivere un soggiorno autentico e rilassante nel cuore del Salento, coccolati dalla bellezza del posto e dalla calorosa ospitalità dei padroni di casa.
Villa con tutti i confort,pulita e in una zona poco distante dal paese fornito di tutto il necessario, compreso una favolosa piscina dove abbiamo trascorso momenti di relax durante le giornate a casa. La posizione permette di raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle del Salento in massimo 20-30 minuti,nonché tanti paesini dove passeggiare e passare piacevoli serate.
