The entrance driveway and parking are shared with another property located on the left side.
Continuing towards the entrance of the house, we find a long covered patio, equipped with modern wooden tables and chairs and a small sofa with coffee table, ideal for enjoying a good meal outdoors while overlooking the wonderful southern landscapes. The interiors favor light colors and soft shades, with furnishings ranging from traditional in the bedrooms to modern in the bathroom and the new fully equipped kitchen, in a warm and welcoming harmony. In addition to the kitchen corner, complete with microwave, toaster and coffee machine, in the large living room we find a wooden table, a sofa bed useful for any need and a Smart TV 58 inches 4K.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa. La casa è un po’ isolata, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario, ben arredata, moderna, pulita e di alto livello per una casa vacanze. Consigliamo la casa al 100%. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. La padrona di casa è stata sempre disponibile e si è presa cura di tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
