Das Haus und die Anlage sind wie beschrieben sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Vincenzo und sein Vater sind sehr freundlich und umsorgen die Immobilie nahezu täglich. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die etwas unbequemen Gartenmöbel (Bierzeltgarnitur ). Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine, die Kaffemaschine ist vielleicht für den gleichzeitigen Besuch von mehreren Personen etwas unterdimensioniert. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück zum entspannen und in ruhiger Lage. Die Küstenstrasse ist sehr schnell erreichbar, so dass man sowohl die adriatische Küste als auch die schönen Strände in Richtung Pescoluse sehr schnell erreichen kann.

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. It was very quiet and private, a real place to rest. The beds, matresses and pillows are very comfortable. The house and bathrooms are super clean, and so is the pool. We even made dinner in the very well equiped kitchen. The decoration of the house is also very warm and nice and wifi is perfect. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful to sit in. Plus: all windows have mosquito protection. Our host Vicenzo was very easy to reach and his friendly father welcomed us to show us the way to the gate and to give us the keys.
Everything was perfect. Maybe curtains in the bedrooms that make the room darker would be nice.
