Villa Paradiso – Torre Pali

we stayed here for 2 weeks in july 2026 with a family of 5 and a baby.

We had a lovely stay but there are things that can be better in the future…

+ location is perfect!

+ pool was lovely and pefect, only minius where the quality of the sunbeds.

+ nice house and garden

+staff was friendly and helpfull whenever it was needed. owner very friendly!

-comments below from 2025 are true and not handeld for the summer of 2026, that was dissapointing.

-when we booked, it seemed that it was one house for all of us.no mentions of room outside of the main building.. later on we found out there was an annex room in the garden of 3 persons. if we would ahve known this, we would not have booked it. this was not clear in the discription on the site.

-electric power was not good, low lights and fall out of the airco’s (two times), also water fell out one time.

-house was not clean! dust and spiderwebs everywhere & filty floors. We got an extra cleaning service because we where there for 2 weeks. sadly we noticed that they came but we dit not see any difference in the room of the cleaning. this was our biggest issue!

– I had contact with 5 different persons involving the house ( garderner, cleaning lady and 3 of the booking office) I think this is not ok and not effcicient.

conclusion for us: we had a lovely vacations but price/quality was not good. price is too high for what we got and we know, because we visited different houses in the area over several years.

te house is great, so we hope that with this feedback they will check it and make it better for 2027

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Paradiso dieci giorni a settembre 2025.

La casa era pulita e in ordine. La sera del nostro arrivo siamo rimasti senza acqua ma avvertito lo staff e il proprietario in 10 min hanno risolto il problema. Il tecnico incaricato della pulizia della piscina ci ha avvertito il giorno prima che sarebbe passato e a che ora.

Il proprietario simpatico, gentile e disponibile.

Non abbiamo trovato nessun detersivo per fare qualche pulizia ( si potrebbe pensare di fare una scorta x gli ospiti ).

1 sola tovaglia e uno strofinaccio sono un po poco per noi che eravamo in 8.

Ma a parte questi piccoli disagi , villa stupenda, materassi e cuscini di buona qualita, lenzuola di cotone, ogni stanza un condizionatore, lavatrice,forno,microonde phon,ferro da stiro ecc…ben accessoriata. Una settimana da sogno..

Da rivedere a mio parere un po i prezzi perché comunque non hai il mare vicinissimo .

Abbiamo trascorso nove giorni a Villa Paradiso. La casa in sé, la piscina e l’area circostante erano a posto. Purtroppo, la pulizia era trascurata. I bagni e i servizi igienici presentavano peli (pubici) e macchie. Diverse parti della casa non erano state spolverate.

La cucina potrebbe essere meglio attrezzata. Un solo canovaccio per nove giorni e sei persone era un po’ scarso. Abbiamo dovuto comprare detersivo per i piatti e prodotti simili da soli. Purtroppo, anche qui la pulizia era carente. La macchina del caffè e le due macchinette erano piene di residui, caffè secco e calcare.

È stato anche fastidioso che fino a tre dei quattro condizionatori si siano ripetutamente guastati a causa della tensione. Uno di loro si è poi rotto completamente. Sebbene sia stato rapidamente sostituito con uno portatile, era scomodo a causa del rumore e delle finestre aperte per far uscire l’aria calda. Sono previsti elettrodomestici moderni in grado di resistere alle normali fluttuazioni di corrente.

Alle 4 del mattino del giorno della nostra partenza, non avevamo più acqua corrente. Anche il cancello d’ingresso non si apriva perché, con nostra sorpresa, l’interruttore non funzionava più. Ho dovuto scavalcarlo e sbloccarlo dall’esterno. Il primo giorno, il proprietario si è presentato alla proprietà senza preavviso e senza suonare il campanello. Non è una cosa che si fa.

Purtroppo, la mia richiesta di informazioni sul problema dell’acqua e del cancello è rimasta senza risposta.

Per il prezzo, i difetti sopra menzionati non sono da aspettarsi. Come ospite, ci si aspetta pulizia e impianti funzionanti ovunque fin dall’inizio.
